Ready for the next step in your career? We’re looking for someone to lead and develop our shipping team of about 20 employees and help us manage our growth.

Your Main Responsibilities

You'll be involved in day-to-day operations from the very beginning and will take on direct responsibility as a team leader.

Logistics: Outbound

• You will be responsible for the operational and personnel management, shift scheduling, and professional development of our shipping team.
• You will ensure efficient and on-time shipping processes—from order picking and packing to shipping—while maintaining our quality standards.
• You’ll ensure on-time, error-free deliveries, delighting our customers in the process.
• You’ll actively pitch in with day-to-day operations, especially during peak periods.
• You’ll identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimizations independently.
• You’ll monitor and manage the relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance.

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in e-commerce
• At least 1 year of leadership experience or demonstrable leadership skills (team leadership, shift supervision, acting in a supervisory role)
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and MS Office
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in German (at least B2 level)
• Physical stamina for a fast-paced warehouse environment (primarily standing work, regular movement, and lifting)
