Your area of responsibility:

• You advise our customers with your open, competent and charming manner and ensure that they feel welcome and well cared for.
• You offer our customers a sustainably inspiring customer experience as a Schlossberg brand ambassador.
• Thanks to your charisma and passion for our products, you make a decisive contribution to the company’s success.

Your experience:

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in retail and/or have experience in upscale specialist retail, preferably with home textiles.
• You possess a sales talent with a pronounced customer- and service-oriented manner as well as a passion for high-quality products.
• You are flexible regarding working hours and keep an overview even in hectic moments.
• You have excellent communication skills and command the German language very well; additional national languages are an advantage.
