Your tasks
- Maintenance, inspection, monitoring, servicing, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment, machinery, and building technology, ensuring the operation of infrastructure
- Carrying out installations and modifications in the area of low-voltage systems
- Supporting the planning and implementation of technical projects, e.g. conversions, dismantling, or decommissioning of properties
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Commissioning, managing, and supervising external service providers (authorities, fire brigade, tenants, etc.)
- Planning and execution of maintenance and care of the site
- Deputising during absences
- Close collaboration with property management and other departments (asset management, site and project development, realisation)
- Presence on site, responsibility for and enforcement of site regulations (ensuring and, if necessary, restoring site safety)
- Opportunity to deputise for the FM Biberist team leader
Your profile
- Preferably completed training as an electrician, automation technician, or comparable qualification (e.g. basic building technology training in heating, ventilation, sanitation each with additional electrical training)
- Authorisation as an operating electrician (NIV 13)
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment or building technology
- Knowledge of control and regulation technology is an advantage
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Assertiveness
- Willingness to be on call and occasional work outside regular hours
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
