About the job
The Yverdon Foundation for Childcare is a private foundation of public interest that manages 4 day care institutions, under the mandate of the Yverdon-les-Bains and surrounding areas Children's Day Care Network (REAJY).
The FYAE has a central kitchen, a housekeeping and technical service, and a centralised general administration that supports more than 150 employees who work daily and together to ensure quality care for the approximately 420 registered children.
To strengthen our team to assist management in the daily running of its activities, we are looking for:
• Provide strategic, organisational and administrative support to General Management
• Coordinate exchanges between management and the various departments
• Organise and prepare meetings, write minutes and follow up on files
• Manage communications (emails, letters, calls)
• Monitor administrative and confidential files
• Contribute to the smooth daily running of the foundation
Profile sought
• Training in secretarial work, executive assistance or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Excellent command of French and office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organisational skills, discretion and rigour
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
