We are a leading manufacturer of artist acrylic paints and products for the restoration and preservation of art and cultural assets. The Lascaux brand is worldwide synonymous with innovative and high-quality products. As a successful company with around 30 employees, we have been active for 60 years in development, production, and worldwide distribution. Employee Sales Internal Service (80%)

Your area of responsibility:

- Active support, advice, and further development of our customers in Switzerland and abroad

- Efficient processing of customer enquiries, quotations, and sales orders in the ERP

- Coordinate delivery dates, availability, and customer concerns with the warehouse

- Ensure shipment tracking and monitor transport dates.

- Personally support and advise customers in Switzerland and abroad (D/F/E). Maintain regular customer contact.

- Actively support sales management with key dealers and distribution partners (Key Accounts).

- Reliable order processing and export coordination while expanding personal customer contact.

Our requirements:

- Commercial training or comparable experience; enjoyment of customer contact

- Very good German as well as good French and English, spoken and written

- Basic knowledge and interest in export and logistics.
Corresponding courses and further training are supported by us.

- Service-oriented, independent, team player; familiar with ERP and Office

- Interest in artist paints and their application; willingness to specifically build product and sales knowledge
