For our ICT at the Burgdorf location, we are looking for a
Tasks
- You are the link between business and ICT: As the central contact person for the administrative specialist departments, you understand their processes, capture needs and translate them into viable ICT solutions
- You further develop our ERP: You play a key role in shaping the further development of our ERP landscape based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central and drive the migration from Navision to Business Central both technically and project-wise
- You lead projects to completion: You manage ICT projects, sub-projects and general ICT initiatives from initiation to implementation, control costs, deadlines, quality and risks, and coordinate internal teams as well as external partners and suppliers
- You create decision-making bases: With business analyses, requirements and process recordings as well as solution concepts, you lay the foundation for well-founded decisions and report transparently up to the management level
- You further develop processes: You identify optimisation and digitalisation potential, standardise procedures and advance the consolidation of our application landscape
- You ensure operations: Together with Application Management, you ensure tests, change and release processes, user training and proper documentation
Profile
- You know Navision and Business Central from practice: You bring several years of solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central – whether as a consultant, project manager, application manager or experienced key user
- You have successfully implemented projects: You have several years of project management experience in the ERP or ICT environment, ideally with implementations or migrations. Certification (e.g. HERMES, IPMA, PMI or Scrum) is a plus
- You think commercially: You have a degree at HF, FH or university level in business informatics, computer science or business administration or a comparable background and understand business processes in detail
- You know the healthcare sector – or want to get to know it: Experience in the hospital or healthcare environment is an advantage but not a requirement. Knowledge of ITIL rounds off your profile
- You convince at all levels: You communicate clearly, translate confidently between specialist and ICT language and create acceptance – from the specialist department to management. You speak and write very good German
- You keep an overview: Independently, structured and solution-oriented, you set priorities and keep a cool head even with several parallel projects
