Sales Consultant for Shell Lubricants 80-100% (m/f/d)
Are you passionate about field sales and enjoy building sustainable customer relationships? You take responsibility for your customers in the regions of Bern, Basel, Solothurn and Aargau in the industrial AE sector as well as Bern, Basel, Solothurn and Central Switzerland in the automotive AE sector. You develop them strategically, identify opportunities and shape sustainable partnerships.
Your tasks and challenges
You look after existing customers in the commercial and technical areas
You expand our lubricant business by acquiring new customers and projects
You work in a structured way on planning and creating conversation strategies and successfully implement the sales and marketing strategy
You actively use our CRM systems to optimise customer relationships and manage the sales process
You work closely with technical, internal sales, product management and marketing teams to achieve optimal customer care
Your talents and experience
You have sales-related training (e.g. sales specialist) and either have a strong technical understanding or are highly motivated to acquire the relevant knowledge
You have successfully expanded your field sales experience – especially in active new customer acquisition
With your very good German and solid English skills as well as your communication skills, you convince customers of your solutions. Additional language skills are a plus
You score with a quick grasp, excellent organisational talent and a high degree of empathy
A completed technical education (e.g. as a car, truck, machine or polymechanic) combined with sound business management knowledge rounds off your profile perfectly
