Your tasks

• Training apprentices in basic training in the 1st and 2nd year of apprenticeship

• Supervising trial apprentices

• Continuous development of training content in the design area

• Promoting the professional, methodological, self and social competence of the apprentices

• Conducting the inter-company courses for designers

Our requirements

• Completed vocational training as a designer EFZ

• CAD knowledge (preferably Siemens NX)

• Enjoyment in technical knowledge transfer and collaboration with
  adolescents and young adults

• Methodical/didactic skills

• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

• Independent, responsible way of working

• Communicative, flexible, resilient and a team player
