A 100% CPS/CAFF Benefits Manager

About the job

MBG SA is mandated by various organisations based at 24 Avenue Eugène-Pittard, Geneva, to manage their financial, administrative, IT, legal and HR affairs.

Among them are the professional compensation funds for technical building trades and the Falaises Family Allowance Fund which pay the appropriate benefits.

To replace a retiring colleague, MBG SA is looking for

A 100% CPS/CAFF BENEFITS MANAGER (M/F)

Your duties:Affiliation to professional compensation funds and CAFF

• Support and inform insured persons when applying for affiliation to CAFF;
• Inform companies regarding their questions about CPS benefits.

Monitoring and processing files

• Create and enter applications, verify supporting documents and ensure correct application of benefit calculations.
• Issue decisions, payments and disbursements of conventional social benefits and/or family allowances.
• Correspondence and telephone enquiries with companies or CAFF beneficiaries.

With other departments

• Collaboration with other internal departments;
• Communicate issues to CPS and CAFF fund administrators;
• Participation in various meetings.

Legislative and legal monitoring

• Follow regulatory and legislative developments: CCT and AF and CPS
• Reflection, implementation, application and communication on regulatory changes

Projects

• Participate in updating and developing the internal IT system.
• Drafting and updating service and SCI processes and procedures

Your profile:

You hold a "Social Insurance Specialist" certificate or at least a course attendance certificate + experience

Strong professional experience and proven expertise in managing family allowance benefits or conventional social benefits

You are used to working in a structured way, in a team and are client- and solution-oriented

You are organised and precise

You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to demonstrate diplomacy and tact

You have a strong professional ethic

You are comfortable with numbers and common IT tools (good command of Excel and .csv files).
