You open doors and turn first contacts into new customers.

We want to grow with Perigon Agro – that’s why we are looking for you as a software sales representative. In this new position, you contribute your ideas, try out new ways of customer acquisition, and accompany prospects from the first conversation to the sales conclusion. In doing so, you also further develop relationships with our existing customers. A connection to the green sector is an advantage and helps you better understand the needs of our customers.

Your tasks

• Acquire new customers: You actively approach potential customers, spark interest in Perigon Agro, and clarify their needs.
• Lead sales opportunities to conclusion: You organise and accompany presentation appointments, record the requirements of prospects, and ensure suitable offers. You follow up diligently, answer questions, and consistently pursue offers. The technical product presentations are conducted by management or an Agro Supporter.
• Develop existing customers further: You maintain contact, identify additional needs, and work closely with our internal teams.
• Expand the market network: You monitor the market, maintain relationships with associations and partners, and develop targeted acquisition measures.
• Make Perigon Agro better known: You initiate and organise marketing events and implement them together with the team.
• Support the sales team: Additionally, you assist in preparing offers for Perigon Health.

Your qualifications

You enjoy sales and approach people openly. You listen attentively, recognise customer needs, and conduct conversations confidently and kindly in German – in person, on the phone, and in writing.

You work independently, organise yourself well, and keep an overview of several ongoing enquiries. Binding follow-up is just as much a part of your work as a carefully prepared offer. You contribute your own ideas, enjoy working in a team, and are willing to visit prospects and customers on site.
