Transaction Advisory accompanies real estate transactions holistically: We develop strategies for investment and divestment decisions, optimise portfolios and create added value through sound valuations and pricing.

In your management role, you have the entrepreneurial, professional and personnel responsibility (including P&L) for our growing Transaction Advisory and ensure its sustainable development.

This is what you will achieve:

• You expand our range of services, win new clients and mandates, thus ensuring sustainable growth of your team
• You lead demanding transactions from the initial analysis to closing. You and your team accompany our clients holistically – from strategic orientation to detailed implementation
• With your sense for market trends, a strong network and your presence in media and industry events, you position Transaction Advisory purposefully – and sustainably expand our market strength
• As a hands-on leader at eye level, you create an environment where trust, performance and development are central – and where talents jointly realise ambitious goals

That’s why you succeed:

• With a degree in business administration, finance, architecture or engineering with further education in real estate, you bring the necessary foundation
• With at least 6 years of professional experience in real estate transactions, you are not only very familiar with real estate valuations, market analyses and relevant legal areas, but also bring a large client network
• You bring several years of leadership experience and can sustainably inspire your team with your modern leadership style even in challenging times
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic action, clear communication and strong negotiation skills characterise your style
• You are linguistically versatile: German as a native language, business fluent in English and good knowledge of French
