Role:
Cloud projects succeed where consulting and technology come together. This is exactly where you come in as a Microsoft Cloud Engineer, designing modern workplace and cloud solutions based on Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure. You accompany customers from the first workshop through the concept to stable operation. Responsibility for your own projects is part of it, as well as the freedom to help shape the service portfolio.
Responsibilities:
You develop SharePoint and collaboration solutions and implement scenarios with Intune, Entra ID, Teams, and Exchange Online.
You build cloud architectures, further develop them, and develop suitable migration strategies for existing systems and services.
In addition, you conduct workshops, clarify requirements, and translate them into robust concepts.
You independently manage customer projects and provide input for presales, solution design, and quotations.
You consider topics such as identity, compliance, and governance from the outset.
Furthermore, you accompany the introduction of AI assistance services in the Microsoft cloud, from technical readiness to practical use cases.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training and have several years of experience in the Microsoft environment.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure characterises you, as well as experience with areas such as Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, Azure IaaS and PaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, or PowerShell.
Furthermore, you have already advised customers professionally and accompanied projects over a longer period.
You explain complex content in such a way that even non-specialists can follow.
You work in a structured, reliable manner and evaluate solutions based on real benefit rather than technical elegance.
In addition, you express yourself flawlessly in German both orally and in writing, and you use English confidently in everyday work.
