To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual for internal sales, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Tasks
- Independent processing of customer orders and quotations
- Competent advice and support of customers by telephone and e-mail
- Support of the field sales team in administrative and organisational matters
- Processing of returns and complaints
- Recording new customers as well as maintaining and updating master data in the ERP system
- Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented order processing
Profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Very good German and Italian skills, spoken and written
- French skills are an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Team player, resilient and committed personality
- Enjoyment of customer contact and administrative tasks
