What to expect

• You analyse requirements and business processes in the KVG and VVG environment together with customers, subject matter experts and development teams and develop suitable solutions
• The focus is on claims management, especially E-Claim Plus/Classic and digital claims verification
• You implement new requirements by means of parameterisation (customising) in Adcubum Syrius and accompany them until go-live
• You advise our health insurance customers on technical and system-related questions and actively shape the further development of Syrius
• In case of disruptions and error patterns, you take over the analysis, coordinate the resolution and ensure stable operation
• In addition, you plan and conduct functional and system tests and support releases

• Completed training in business informatics, computer science or a commercial field with a solid IT affinity
• Several years of experience in the Swiss health insurance environment
• Good knowledge of claims processes according to KVG and/or VVG
• Experience with the standard software Adcubum Syrius
• Experience in parameterising Syrius is an advantage
• Knowledge of the solutions E-Claim Plus/Classic or comparable systems is desirable
• Experience in requirements engineering, testing or business analysis is a plus

• Enjoyment in accompanying requirements from the initial analysis to the productive solution
• Persistence: An error pattern is only resolved for you when it is truly understood
• Confidence in communication between the business department and IT – you translate between both worlds
• Independent working style, sense of responsibility and overview even under pressure
• In the team, you share your knowledge and pitch in when it counts
• Fluent German and a professional appearance towards customers
