What to expect

• You observe the Swiss health and accident insurance market, monitor legal and regulatory changes, and address the flow of information and need for action within the department/company
• You analyse professional customer requirements and develop solutions and specifications together with specialists from development and technology based on business requirements and through parameterisation
• You actively support the continuous improvement in automatic invoice verification and contribute sustainably to cost savings
• You ensure that our customers' applications are periodically supplied with the latest reference data and continuously optimise the necessary tools and processes
• You ensure the operation of the Business Service Sumex as well as its surrounding systems
• You participate in exciting customer projects as well as in release planning and implementation

• Completed vocational training in IT or in the commercial sector with a strong interest and affinity for IT
• Several years of solid expertise in the service area of health/accident insurance, preferably in tariff management
• Professional experience in methodical analysis, concept development and specification of business requirements
• Technical experience in the Sumex suite or with SQL is an advantage

• Enjoyment of a varied role along the entire requirement life cycle process (from analysis to realisation)
• Willingness to learn new things and deepen your knowledge in a dynamic, professionally demanding environment
• Team player with pleasure in realising customer requirements in collaboration with customers, IT specialists and system suppliers
• Committed, open and flexible personality with good manners
