The apprenticeship as a Health Specialist (FaGe) is aimed at secondary school students in the third upper level. They are motivated to support and help shape the daily living and care of our residents. They have endurance, strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as patience and sensitivity in dealing with elderly people.
