Together with our client, an established Swiss industrial company, we are looking for a committed individual as Quality Manager 80–100 % by arrangement. The company operates in a technologically demanding production environment and combines high quality standards with consistent customer orientation. Look forward to a versatile specialist role in which you will support various stakeholders, further develop operational processes, and make an important contribution to quality assurance.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You will coordinate various quality concerns and ensure that complaints are systematically examined, appropriate measures initiated, and open cases reliably closed
• With your analytical acumen, you investigate operational irregularities, develop comprehensible decision bases, and contribute to the sustainable improvement of existing processes
• The structured preparation of technical evidence as well as the management of relevant test and release documents are part of your responsibilities, as is the careful handling of quality-related information
• As a connecting contact person between different departments, you promote internal knowledge transfer and coordinate training measures to strengthen a unified understanding of quality

You offer your new employer:

• A completed technical or commercial vocational training forms your foundation, with an additional qualification in quality management being advantageous
• Ideally, you have already gained initial practical insights into quality management and bring an interest in technical contexts as well as structured improvement processes
• Good German and French skills enable you to communicate confidently, while knowledge of ERP and CAQ applications as well as English skills are helpful for handling quality-relevant information
• You combine your pronounced analytical ability with an independent working style, communication skills, and the necessary assertiveness to develop sustainable solutions together with others
