For our site in Agno, Ticino, we are looking for Grinders on six-axis CNC machines for the production of solid carbide tools
Main duties
• Production and re-sharpening of high-precision carbide tools
• Setup and operation of six-axis CNC grinding machines
• Use of several grinders simultaneously
• Quality control
Essential requirements
• Diploma as a polymechanic (AFC) or equivalent five-year qualification
(mechanical technician, mechanical industry technician, mechatronics technician)
• At least 1 year of experience working on 5-axis CNC machines is an advantage
• Good knowledge of trigonometry
• Knowledge of ISO and Fanuc programming languages (or equivalent software)
• Previous experience in grinding carbide tools is an advantage in the selection process
• Availability for shift work, including night shifts
• Open and collaborative personality, interested in teamwork
