Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a

Social Worker FH / BSc 40 – 80 %

Fixed-term 4 - 6 months

Your area of responsibility:

• You advise people with disabilities and their relatives on social, legal and financial matters.
• You arrange the necessary support and coordinate it in close cooperation with specialist agencies, institutions, authorities and social service providers.
• You network professionally and actively collaborate with various organisations in the canton of Thurgau.

Your profile:

• University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work
• Sound advisory skills and experience in social insurance desired
• Independent and structured way of working
• Interest in the topic of inclusion
