Once you have completed your 3-year basic training, this one-year internship will allow you to deepen your theoretical knowledge and obtain your Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC). Our professional trainers will support you throughout, and you will have the opportunity to carry out various tasks independently while gradually taking on responsibilities.

Your mission
- You publish job offers, process applications, and manage the associated correspondence
- You organise recruitment interviews and manage the recruitment of apprentices/trainees
- You prepare employment contracts, amendments, and work certificates
- You manage and order materials as well as the stock of forms related to the department
- You support the organisation of personnel and recruitment-related events
- You contribute to improving existing work processes and participate in vocational training projects
What you bring
- You have obtained a professional maturity certificate issued by a business or management school (3+1 system)
- You have good grades in languages, a perfect command of spoken and written French, and you express yourself easily in German, both orally and in writing; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- You work precisely and think in an interconnected way
- You are motivated, with a strong desire to learn and excel
- You demonstrate communication and organisational skills
- You enjoy working in a team and are customer-oriented
