- Own complex SAP transformation engagements from planning and mobilization through implementation, stabilization, and transition.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating strategic priorities into clear transformation outcomes and an executable roadmap.
- Lead multidisciplinary global teams, including offshore and nearshore colleagues, with effective governance, clear accountability, and timely decision-making.
- Manage scope, quality, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables against contractual commitments and client expectations.
- Drive engagement performance through disciplined budgeting, forecasting, profitability management, invoicing, change control, and contract compliance.
- Create growth by identifying follow-on opportunities, shaping compelling proposals, and contributing to account development and KPMG's SAP Advisory agenda.
- University degree in business administration, business informatics, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in SAP consulting, ERP transformation, or large-scale technology-enabled business transformation.
- SAP Activate Project Manager certification and/or a recognized project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Proven success leading complex SAP projects or programs, with accountability for delivery, client relationships, financial performance, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong command of SAP S/4HANA transformation approaches, implementation lifecycles, program governance, and the interplay between business processes and technology.
- Full professional proficiency in English; German is highly desirable, and French is an advantage. Willingness to travel in line with client needs.
