You bring this – and make the difference
- Your profile: You are an experienced nurse HF/FH with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and have at least two years of professional experience in both somatic and psychiatric fields. Additionally, you have completed a CAS or are willing to undertake an advanced specialist nursing qualification.
- Strong communicator and quick thinker: You understand complex situations quickly and can communicate them clearly and empathetically – with colleagues, patients, and other professional groups.
- Confident in change: You thrive in a dynamic environment. You act flexibly, think ahead, and set priorities effectively, even when things get hectic.
- Team player with leadership qualities: You take initiative, think proactively, and lead by example. Together with your colleagues, you share responsibility for a strong, future-oriented department.
