Care Manager 80-100%

responsible for coordinating and supervising care activities, ensuring the quality of services and the well-being of individuals living at home.

• Assessment, guidance, and coordination of interventions based on needs
• Organization and supervision of a team of nurses and nursing assistants
• Ensuring quality service in care and home support
• Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration within the organization
• Participation in project development and representation of the company

• Training in nursing at the tertiary level (HES/ES) or equivalent qualification
• Competence in team management and interaction with various stakeholders
• Professional experience in home care
• Autonomy, creativity, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the medical-social network in the canton of Valais
• Comfortable with IT tools and computerized care records
• Fluency in French, good knowledge of German is an advantage
