Fibre Optic Technician (Splicer)

Are you motivated and want to become part of our team? We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement in Zurich.

What you will do with us

  • Splicing, assembly and measurement work
  • Creation, maintenance and repair of data and communication networks in fibre optic technology
  • Assistance with cable laying
  • Connection of cables at end points in central offices or customer buildings
  • In-house installations
  • Control and acceptance measurements (OTDR / red light)
  • Troubleshooting and repair

What you bring

  • Professional experience and training in the field of fibre optics
  • Flexible, independent, responsible and precise work execution
  • Good German language skills
  • Driving licence category B (BE advantageous) for your company vehicle
