About the job

SwissCare Züri is a Spitex organisation in the city of Zurich and a member of the Spitex Association of the Canton of Zurich. We work according to the principle of assigned care: you look after a fixed circle of clients, instead of having new names on the tour plan every day.

For our team of around 15 people, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Health Specialist (FaGe), 40–100 %.

What we offer

• Plannable hours: mostly Mon–Fri, 07:00–16:00. Weekend shifts are kept to a minimum. We will look together at what suits your situation.
• Duty roster at least one month in advance and a deployment plan that works in everyday life.
• Company car from 80 % workload, also for private use. For smaller workloads, company vehicles or travel expenses according to the expense regulations.
• Travel time is working time: The journey from client to client is paid.
• Assigned care with enough time: You know your clients, and they know you. Empathetic, careful care instead of time pressure.
• Your ideas are welcomed: If you notice something, we discuss it promptly and implement it. Without committees, without a six-month waiting time.
• Further training: We financially support further training and additional qualifications.
• Digital instead of paperwork: Documentation and time recording via app.

Your tasks

• Basic and treatment care in the home environment
• Support in everyday life and activating care
• Collaboration in the team, with doctors and with relatives

You bring

• FaGe EFZ or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Good German language skills
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
• You think ahead and contribute ideas
• You work reliably and approach your clients with genuine interest, not according to a checklist
