Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

We are looking for new employees as service technicians for our customers throughout Eastern Switzerland.

Your varied range of tasks includes:

• Installation and commissioning of CNC machines

• Conducting training sessions and technical briefings

• Repair, maintenance and servicing of machines

• Conducting machine demonstrations at customers' premises

• Telephone support and troubleshooting

• Analysis and resolution of technical problems on site

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training as a polymechanic, automation technician, mechanic or comparable qualification

• Ideally experience in maintenance and commissioning of CNC turning and milling machines

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• High willingness to travel and flexibility for assignments throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Driving licence category B

• Team spirit and strong communication skills for training and technical consulting
