For our team in Bern, we are looking for an additional personnel consultant for the construction sector.
Dispatcher in Construction Trades 100% (m/f/d) in Bern
Your main tasks are as follows:
- Recruiting: Finding, selecting, and winning construction personnel
- Acquiring: Gaining new clients and further developing existing client relationships
- Preparing: Training employees and equipping them according to your clients’ requirements
- Organising: Coordinating assignments between clients and employees – including all administrative tasks
- Supporting: First point of contact for employees regarding questions about wages, allowances, and administrative matters
- Building: Establishing and maintaining a strong pool of employees for assignments in large projects
We expect:
- You have a completed EFZ qualification in construction or a related field
- Native-level German as well as good knowledge of Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese (mandatory) for communication with clients and employees
- An extroverted and team-oriented personality with the ability to quickly win people over
- You are from Bern, know the region well, and impress with charisma and initiative
- You hold a driving licence to conduct client visits or employee support on site using the company vehicle provided
