We are looking for a personality in Bern to start immediately or by arrangement as

Head of Central Services m/f/d 80-100%

Backpack packed, numbers under control? We are looking for you as a member of our management team – as the mind behind finance, personnel, internal sales, and logistics, who thinks along, gets stuck in, and takes us to the next level.

This is what you will do with us

• You lead a small, well-coordinated finance/internal sales/logistics team
• You sit on the management team and actively shape strategy, investments, and processes
• You have our finances under control: controlling, budgets, liquidity, accounting, and reporting
• You prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and are the contact person for audits, banks, and authorities
• You build meaningful key figures as well as branch and product group reporting
• You take care of payroll, social insurances, and all operational HR
• You further develop our HR processes and get involved in recruitment
• You are responsible for logistics: goods receipt, warehouse, picking, and shipping
• You optimise warehouse and shipping processes and negotiate with freight and logistics partners

This is what you bring with you

• A business administration education with a focus on finance (e.g. specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma, business economist HF)
• Several years of experience in a similar finance role, ideally in trade or retail
• Solid know-how in finance, controlling, accounting, and Swiss payroll/social insurances
• Experience and enjoyment in operational HR responsibility
• Confidence in handling ERP/financial systems (MS Dynamics, Power BI) and enthusiasm for numbers and tools
• An entrepreneurial hands-on mentality and leadership experience
• Good German; French or English is a plus
