To expand our team, we are looking for a committed and skilled craftsman as

Technical Service Employee 60-80% from 1 January 2027

You will work together in a team of three to ensure the safe, well-maintained, and functional operation of our buildings, facilities, and outdoor areas. A varied role with personal responsibility and direct contact with people awaits you.

Your tasks

• Maintenance of green spaces, trees, shrubs, paths, squares, and outdoor facilities
• Support in the upkeep of properties as well as technical equipment and systems
• Maintenance, servicing, and repair of furniture, wheelchairs, and walkers
• Taking on on-call duties in the evenings and at weekends
• Preparation and setting up of reserved rooms

Your profile

• Craftsman qualification EFZ with experience in garden and grounds maintenance
• Technical skills and experience in repair, maintenance, and renovation work
• Professional experience in caretaking or technical areas is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
• Enjoyment of a versatile all-rounder role
• Empathetic and respectful interaction with our residents
• Knowledge of RETIS building management is an advantage
• Category B driving licence mandatory
