About the job
For the new school year, the Heimat-Buchwald primary school is looking for reinforcement. The position has no class responsibility and depending on the desired workload, teaching takes place in two classes.

We run multi-grade classes out of conviction. The seven lower primary and seven middle school classes are each mixed with three year groups by age. We learn with and from each other. We use diversity as an opportunity. In our neighborhood, we accompany children and parents from over 90 nations. We are a practical school that is innovative. We constantly pursue the question "What kind of school do our children need?" To be fit for our challenges, we live by the principles of New Authority "Strength instead of Power." Our Mikado multi-grade school is developing into a "Caring Community," a place where one gladly spends the average 15,000 school hours of life because one is taken seriously as an individual and supported in personal development, where one experiences autonomy, self-efficacy, social recognition, and belonging in a benevolent social structure.
