Operational Buyer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You optimise the procure-to-pay process to ensure efficient handling and cooperate with the specialist departments to ensure supply security
- You ensure the provision of materials for production raw materials, auxiliary materials, machine spare parts, consumables, and services.
- You take care of repairs and maintenance of machine components including the preparation of export documents.
- You actively participate in the logistics team during plant shutdown days and support it.
- Active participation in projects to optimise procurement and spare parts logistics processes
- By maintaining price, supplier, and article master data, you ensure data quality
Qualifications:
- Technical basic training and further education
in purchasing/supply chain management or business administration - At least 3 years of experience in purchasing in an industrial environment
- Organisational and coordination talent as well as pronounced analytical and communication skills
- Confident knowledge of SAP-MM and MS Office products
- Very good German skills, English and French skills are an advantage
