Field Application Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Point of contact for technical questions and challenges from sales, service and development (ad hoc and via ticket system)
• Second-level contact for more complex problems in the field and coordination of solutions with customers and internal stakeholders
• Conducting more complex analyses and developing solutions together with the development and service teams
• Support in bug fixing by providing feedback from field data, sharing field experience and recommendations with the product owners
• Supervision and control of on-site analyses including data evaluation
• Coordination of field trials and software installations with external partners
• Support during the ramp-up phases of pilot trials on site
• Technical support for the sales team in customer enquiries, tenders and product presentations
• Conducting internal product training

Your Profile

• Completed studies (FH/University) in computer science/electrical engineering or comparable education
• You have a service provider mentality and can communicate appropriately with stakeholders
• You bring an understanding of technology and software development
• Affinity for diagnostics with electrical devices
• You enjoy an analytical, structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• German language skills at level C2, English skills at least level B2
