HR Generalist (m/f) - fixed term until March 2027
The motivated HR team of Auto AG Group is looking for a temporary support. We are seeking from September 2026 or by arrangement until end of March 2027 an independent, motivated individual who enjoys taking responsibility, thinks ahead and is keen to further develop the HR world of Auto AG Group in the role of HR Generalist together with the team.
Your tasks
- Implementation and active participation in the entire HR lifecycle
- Handling personnel administrative tasks of all HR processes from entry to exit
- Independent management of the recruiting process in cooperation with the line management
- Responsible for a smooth payroll process including time accounting, social insurances, withholding tax etc.
- Advising and supporting line managers and employees in all personnel and leadership matters
- Participation in the further development of HR processes as well as in exciting HR projects
Your profile
- HR-specific further education such as HR specialist certificate
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role with good HR expertise
- Committed, proactive and service-oriented personality
- Efficient, responsible and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment and willingness to work independently while also contributing to and being involved in the HR team
- Confident handling of MS Office and HR tools
- Good communication skills in German, Italian is an advantage
