For our medical secretariat, we are looking for a Medical Secretary starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your Tasks
In this varied and interesting position, you will work as a Medical Secretary directly on the ward. You will be responsible for the administrative relief of the therapists, opening and formatting medical reports and other correspondence, mail service, as well as other administrative tasks.
Your Profile
We are looking for a flexible, independent, and communicative personality who keeps an overview even in hectic times. If you have training as a Medical Secretary, experience in healthcare, and very good PC user skills (Office), we look forward to receiving your application. Close collaboration with our motivated team in the medical secretariat, the therapists, and the nursing team is an important prerequisite.
