At ISS, you take on a central role around maintenance. You are the contact person for technical matters, advise on maintenance, inspection, and optimisation, and contribute to ensuring that our customers can rely on functioning processes and high quality.

Your main tasks:

- Central contact person for all maintenance topics
- Advice on maintenance, inspection, repair, and optimisation
- Analysis and further development of maintenance strategies
- Support during commissioning and review of technical documentation
- Conducting audits and implementing improvement measures
- Reviewing service contracts and acting as interface to authorities and official bodies
- Support in training for quality and process improvement

Your profile:

- Technical basic training (mechanics, electrical engineering or building services engineering HLKS) as well as further education at FA, HF or HFP level are prerequisites
- Experience in maintenance
- Analytical, connected thinking and structured working method
- High customer orientation as well as very good communication skills
- Independence, sense of responsibility and confident use of MS Office
- Very good German skills, French or Italian an advantage
- Impeccable reputation and willingness to travel within Switzerland
