About the job
Baden is an important economic, cultural, and educational location with a supraregional impact. The employees of the city administration and the elementary school are committed daily in a competent, open, personal, and flexible manner to their stakeholders. The Baden elementary school includes all educational offerings from the mandatory two-year kindergarten to the completed 9th school year with around 370 teachers for nearly 3,000 students. Organizationally, the elementary school is divided into two levels: kindergarten/primary school and lower secondary level. Also integrated into the elementary school is the supplementary school care. We are looking for you for the Tannegg school location with around 370 students from kindergarten and primary school as of February 1, 2026.
We offer a challenging management position with extensive competencies at an innovative, future-oriented school. Together with the co-principal, you will lead the Tannegg school, the largest kindergarten and primary school location in Baden. In addition, you will manage the operation of the day care structures.
