Your Tasks

• Preparing decision-making bases and management storylines for executive board and supervisory board meetings
• Collaborating in local as well as global strategic HR projects in close cooperation with HR management
• Central contact person for HR metrics, reporting and analyses
• Creating meaningful dashboards, reports and visualisations
• Planning, controlling and conducting data analyses in the area of People Analytics
• Deputising in the area of Compensation & Benefits including contributing to the further development of the salary model as well as preparing and conducting salary reviews

What Convince Us About You

• Degree in business administration, data science, data engineering or a comparable field
• Experience in preparing, analysing and interpreting key figures as well as in communicating findings appropriately to the target audience
• Ability to simplify complex matters, develop meaningful storylines and visualise results clearly
• Very good Excel skills and ideally experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools
• Strong affinity for numbers combined with analytical, networked and conceptual thinking
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
