Profile

The future occupational therapist has obtained a diploma recognised by the CRS, preferably with experience gained in the fields of:

• neurology
• medicine
• paediatrics
• traumatology
• hand surgery

They are action-oriented and able to establish effective and constructive relationships with internal and external clients. They have good listening skills and carefully assess each situation before acting.

They share our belief in the importance of placing the patient and their family at the centre of all our attention and are committed to their personal development.

Essential requirements

• Recognised occupational therapist diploma
• Initiative; strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organisational skills and predisposition to interdisciplinary collaboration with a view to continuous improvement of the department’s development and achievement of given objectives.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude, enjoyment of working in a team and collaborating across disciplines.
• In addition to Italian, knowledge of other national languages and English is required
• Excellent knowledge of main computer applications
