TCA Thermoclima AG was founded in 1974 and is headquartered in St. Gallen. With around 75 employees, it is today one of the Swiss specialists for climate, heating and heat pump solutions. TCA stands for humanity, competence and agility and distributes renowned brands such as Daikin, Aermec, Panasonic, Heliotherm and BlueBox. Thanks to the modern central warehouse in Etziken (SO), TCA ensures high delivery readiness and efficient logistics.

Areas of responsibility:

Leading the heat pump service team in German-speaking Switzerland

Technical coordination of service deployments

Technical clarifications on systems

Handling technical problems and communication with customers

Technical support and quality control of service deployments

Technical checking and plausibility assessment of service offers

Technical support of sales for complex systems

Technical exchange internally and with manufacturers

Developing and implementing training programmes together with our core service team

Requirements:

Training or further education in climate, refrigeration and/or heating technology

Very good technical knowledge in refrigeration cycles

Experience in servicing heat pumps or refrigeration systems

A confident manner, calm and factual communication and independent working

Good IT skills in MS Office
