Sales Employee Internal Sales (m/f/d | 80 - 100%)

Your Tasks

• Telephone and written support of partners and customers
• Support of the external sales team
• Creation and control of offers and orders
• Order processing of Palfinger equipment and vehicles including factory orders
• Management of stock equipment
• Clarification of special solutions with the PALFINGER factory
• Close cooperation with purchasing, logistics, and project management
• Support in the optimisation of internal processes
• Maintenance of customer, article, and price data in the ERP system
• Management of contract and customer documentation

Your Profile

• Technical basic training EFZ and commercial further education
• Experience in internal sales or customer service
• Experience in a technical or industrial environment
• Experience with ERP systems and confident use of Office tools
• Structured and independent working style
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Fluent German, French and/or English advantageous
