For our small team at the Langnau waste disposal centre, we are looking for a motivated and proactive individual.

Your area of responsibility

• As site manager at the Langnau waste disposal centre, you lead two experienced and committed employees and ensure smooth operations.
• You coordinate refuse and recyclable deliveries, support and advise our customers in a friendly and competent manner, effortlessly switching between customer service, forklift driving, and operating systems, machines and the weighing system.

Your profile

• You have completed a craft or technical apprenticeship. You may only bring two left hands if you are left-handed.
• Technical systems, construction machinery and forklifts excite you. And when a computer starts up, you don’t first look for the emergency exit.
• As an open and friendly personality, you enjoy approaching people. Daily customer contact brings you joy and you keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
• You already have some leadership experience. You know that leading does not mean doing everything yourself, but finding the best solutions together.
• You are also available on Saturdays. After all, sustainability knows no weekend.
