Mandate Manager Fiduciary 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent management and advice of a varied client portfolio from different industries

• Leadership and supervision of financial and payroll accounting

• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements according to Swiss accounting law

• Preparation and review of tax returns for natural and legal persons

• Processing of VAT returns as well as advice on tax-related issues

• Support of clients in business and entrepreneurial matters

• Professional support and guidance of employees

• Ensuring high-quality and timely mandate management

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial basic training with further education in fiduciary services (with federal professional certificate)

• Several years of professional experience in the Swiss fiduciary sector

• Sound knowledge of financial accounting, accounting standards and Swiss tax law

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• Enjoyment in personal client support and building long-term client relationships

• Team spirit, initiative and a high sense of responsibility

• Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as confident use of MS Office and common accounting software
