Senior Business Analyst / Digital Onboarding / Product Launch / 100% / ZH
Project Focus: For an interdisciplinary DevOps team in Zurich, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer to further develop digital onboarding and product launch processes. The focus is on analysing and optimising customer processes throughout the entire customer lifecycle and successfully implementing them in digital applications. Start 1.11.2026 at 100% in Zurich for 12 months.

Tasks:

• Analysis of business requirements and their feasibility
• Development and evaluation of future-oriented solution approaches considering cost-effectiveness, quality and risks
• Translation of business requirements into business specifications, features and user stories
• Active support of implementation, testing and introduction
• Support in operations as well as analysis and handling of incidents and defects
• Planning and moderation of workshops with relevant business and IT stakeholders
• Close collaboration with Business Engineering, Product Management, business specialists, DevOps and IT architecture

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Engineer or in a comparable interface function between business and IT
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Banking & Finance or a comparable qualification
• Solid experience with client onboarding, digital product launch or client lifecycle management, ideally in the financial sector
• Knowledge of business and process topics such as KYC, reviews or mutation processes
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high affinity for digital processes and applications
• Confident appearance and very good communication skills
