Activities
- Establishment and further development of training for polymechanics and production mechanics
- Development and implementation of modern training concepts
- Ensuring and optimising training quality
- Support, promotion and recruitment of trial trainees and apprentices
- Close cooperation with management and specialist departments
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent
- Experience in vocational education and enthusiasm for fostering young talent
- Leadership skills as well as conceptual and structured working methods
- High quality standards and appreciative team interaction
- Further training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
