Validation Engineer Ion Chromatography (m/f/d) 80-100%

• Independent development and elaboration of test procedures
• Validating new ion chromatography systems in the laboratory
• Ensuring the quality and system stability of ion chromatography systems with every new software iteration
• Testing and verifying firmware and new software functions
• Summarising test results for other departments (e.g. software, electronics, mechanics) as well as creating test protocols
• Supporting error analysis and troubleshooting
• Optimising test procedures for individual functions, devices and entire systems

• At least a Bachelor’s degree or higher vocational training in chemistry/chemical engineering, physics, systems engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a technology company (development, quality assurance)
• Independent and structured working style as well as solution-oriented thinking
• Enthusiasm for highly precise analytical measuring instruments and complex issues
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Ideally experience in software or system testing or in quality assurance/validation
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
