Your Tasks
- With your professional competence, you strengthen our team of the admission and emergency ward 60+ in the field of gerontopsychiatry and actively shape the daily ward routine.
- As a key contact person, you take on nursing responsibility for the individual care and nursing of our patients and accompany them safely through the nursing and therapeutic process.
- You act confidently even in complex situations, carry out medical and technical orders, and perform administrative tasks as well as careful documentation and reporting of your observations.
- An important focus of your activity is the support and care of our HF students, whose learning process you specifically promote and support in a practical way with planned learning guidance.
- You ensure the training mandate in the daily ward routine and conduct location discussions, learning discussions, and qualification discussions.
- In exchange with the training supervisors, you contribute to reliable training quality and also take on the supervision of our FaGe trainees in the absence of the responsible vocational training supervisors.
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF or FH and bring the required SRK recognition or a positive SRK PreCheck with a foreign diploma.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in the psychiatric field and enjoy working with mentally ill people as well as in a multiprofessional team.
- You convince with your social skills, flexibility, and resilience as well as with an independent, responsible, and committed way of working.
- Very good German skills at least at C1 level and good IT skills are part of your profile and support you in your administrative tasks.
- For the support of our HF students, you bring professional action competence in nursing, care, and medical technology and have completed the SVEB 1 course or are willing to complete it with generous support from us.
Your Salary
Your gross salary is expected to be between 75,000 and 120,000 Swiss francs per year for a 100% workload.
