Strategic Buyer 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Our ROCKEN partner is an established Swiss company in the field of building technology and electrical installations. The company offers versatile technical services and focuses on innovative solutions, high quality standards, as well as long-term cooperation with customers and business partners.
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of procurement concepts for defined material groups
Conducting tenders as well as negotiating prices and contract terms
Analysis of existing supplier structures and identification of alternative sources
Management of supplier contracts and monitoring of agreed services
Technical support of operational areas in complex procurement projects
Further development of digital purchasing solutions and automated procurement processes
Evaluation of purchasing key figures and preparation of decision-making bases
Compliance with internal guidelines, quality requirements and sustainability standards
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship with further training in purchasing
Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing or technical project management
Sound knowledge in supplier evaluation and contract management
Experience with price and condition negotiations on the supplier side
Confident handling of key figures, evaluations and business management contexts
Knowledge of digital procurement systems and eProcurement applications
Independent, structured working style with strong negotiation skills
Very good German skills; French or Italian skills are an advantage
