• Processing absence notifications due to illness and accident as well as ensuring correct and timely handling.
• Checking medical certificates for completeness and ensuring correct and timely recording in PEP and UKA Solution.
• Supporting and advising managers and employees on all matters related to absence management in collaboration with the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
• Supporting the HRM team with various tasks throughout the entire HR life cycle.

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training in payroll and/or HR (e.g. HR Assistant)
• Proactive and solution-oriented case handling
• Structured, precise and independent working style
• Strong team spirit, a touch of humour and a high service orientation
