Do you enjoy organising, communicate confidently and like coordinating different tasks and contacts? As a Clerk: Central Services, you will take on a versatile role with responsibility and direct contact with internal and external stakeholders. From Tuesday to Friday, you will ensure with your organisational talent that everything runs smoothly in the background and apply your strengths where they are needed.

Your tasks

• First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Versatile tasks in secretarial work, administration and organisation
• Telephone and reception as an important first point of contact
• Planning, organising and supporting events – including preparation and follow-up
• Independent management of central contract, membership and key management
• Responsibility for the entire ordering system
• Structured digital and physical filing as well as careful archiving

Your profile

• Completed vocational training and professional experience in a comparable administrative role
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good user knowledge of M365, ERP-Abacus/AbaImmo is an advantage
• Experience in project collaboration is an advantage
• Experience as a professional or practical trainer is an advantage

You are flexible, think ahead and like to pitch in where you are needed. Whether at events or occasional assignments outside regular working hours – you are reliable. You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, keep an overview even in hectic moments and impress with a strong service orientation. You take responsibility and have a good sense of the concerns and needs of our internal and external contacts.
