Export Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Operational handling of import and export transports domestically and abroad
Organisation and awarding of transport and forwarding orders
Processing and coordination of express and courier shipments
Creation and verification of customs documents and shipping papers
Ensuring correct customs tariff classification according to international standards
Support with all questions regarding customs, import and export compliance
Checking transport cost invoices and managing shipping documentation
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ or several years of experience in export
Good knowledge of international transport and customs processing
Further training in foreign trade, forwarding or customs is an advantage
Independent, efficient and precise working style
Resilient, reliable and service-oriented personality
Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
